Return and Exchange
- If you receive an item that is broken or defective, we’re here to help. You can initiate a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Once we receive the returned item, you are welcome to exchange it for another product of your choice.
Gharaana Wallet Credit
- If you’re not ready to choose a new product right away, the amount you spent can be credited to your Gharaana Wallet.
- The wallet credit can be used for shopping with us anytime within 45 days.
